CHANGE OF MIND
Due to the one-off nature of our stock, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or simply deciding an item isn't right for you.
VINTAGE CONDITION
Our pieces are vintage or secondhand and may show normal signs of previous wear, including fading, distressing or minor imperfections.
We do our best to photograph and disclose any significant flaws we identify in each product listing. A defect that was clearly disclosed before purchase generally isn't grounds for a remedy for that same defect.
SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?
If your item has an undisclosed fault, has been incorrectly described, or otherwise doesn't meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible.
